Essential Work Requirements Policy

Arthi Comercial Ltda, hereinafter Arthi takes into account the rights and obligations established by national legislation, while fulfilling the objectives of the essential requirements of the job, affirming through this document its commitment to:

Prohibit and repudiate any form of child labor:

Arthi prohibits the use of child labor in its facilities.

We consciously compromise with direct and/or indirect hiring, only where the legal minimum age allowed is respected.

Prohibit and repudiate all forms of forced and compulsory labour:

All employees are free to work in the organization in accordance with legal requirements and those defined by Arthi. We understand that employment relationships are voluntary and based on mutual consent, without the threat of penalty.

We work so that in our processes, there is no evidence of practices indicative of forced or compulsory labor, physical or sexual violence, withholding wages, payment of fees/deposits to start employment, practices of moral harassment, restriction of mobility/movement in our premises, retention of employee passports/documents, threats to denounce the authorities..

Acting to ensure that there is no discrimination in employment and occupation:

The criterion for admission and promotion will be meeting the basic requirements of each function, in accordance with criteria and objectives predetermined by the company, thus prevailing the technical knowledge and professional training of each employee.

Respecting freedom of association and the effective right to collective bargaining:

Workers may establish or join workers' organizations of their own choice, as provided by applicable law, we respect the full freedom of workers' organizations to draw up their constitutions and rules.

We comply with workers' rights to engage in lawful activities related to training, joining or assisting workers' organization or to refrain from doing the same, and we do not discriminate against or punish workers for exercising these rights.

We negotiate with legally established workers' organizations and/or representatives duly selected in good faith and with best efforts to reach a collective bargaining agreement, and these are implemented where they exist.
